After returning home from WWII, Gail Martin rekindled his passion for archery and bowhunting. In 1951 he and his wife, Eva, made the decision to turn the family hobby into a full blown business. More than 60 years later, Gail and Eva remain involved to this day, and Martin Archery now employs three generations of Martin family employees. Gail innovated the manufacturing of bowstrings and still designs traditional bows, and the company owns more than 25 compound bow patents. Martin continues to evolve and seek new archery designs, while remaining a close-knit, family-run business.
