 We make every effort to ship your item within 48 hours of receipt Monday thru Friday, pending your item's availability. You'll be notified if merchandise is currently unavailable and when we expect to be able to ship. Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped together. We do not charge your credit card until your order is shipped.
Ground shipping charges are based on UPS rates. When you fill out our order form, and enter your shipping address you will see shipping rates.
These rates are sent to us via UPS and reflect the rate that UPS will charge for delivery to your address from Black Timber Designs, or any of our suppliers.
